POW # 7286 R S Hornabrook died of Cerebral Malaria on 4 Nov 1944. This Death Report was signed by Padre. Major H G Greiner 2/3 MG Bn. On the back of this report is a detailed map of his grave. A small tear on the top and the report has been glued into a photo album. VERY RARE
